DVC case is filed in Hyderabad what to do??

im 22 years old got married in 2017.after the marriage i have suffered from mental torture and domestic violence.Now Im not able to bare that violence bcoz in tht i have lost my baby last year and now my inlaws doesnt want me to have a baby so i aksed my husband to keep me seprate from his family but he dint agreed and left me at my parents home.In feb i complaint againest my husband so we had counselings at CCS bharosa. over there also he refused and left all i asked him to keep me seprate from his fam for 1 year only so that i can hav a baby.SO now the officer suggested me to put DVC so that i can get my maintenance bcoz im unempolied and not have any kind of bachelor's degree to get a job im living in a rent house. And also i have to file for divorce so what should i do in this case.. in DVC will i get justice?

hello client you have to file a case of DVC in court for cruelty so that you can get basic maintenance and then you have to as well as file a divorce petition in Civil Court you can also file a 498 case against his family that they have been torturing you

you can file the following cases on your husband and his family members
1) Maintenance under section 125 cr.p.c (as you do not have any source of income).
2) Domestic violence on grounds of cruelty and seek following
2a) Right to residence
2b) maintenance and
2c) protection against violence
in DVC you get compensation for cruelties inflicted on you.
3) Divorce on grounds of cruelty and separation. in divorce you can claim alimony.
