aintenance suppressing her job and income. I filed counter with proof of income of wife. Now she resigned her job and filed application in section24 for maintenance mentioning past job and presently not working. Lower court she hiden job details and senior division she mentioned about job...how dispose both cases without maintenance

Bring this thing to the court a notice and file a perjury case against wife for lying on oath.
The court will consider her past job and wil enquire into why is she not working now
If it is revealed that the wife is seating idle to gain from husband no alimony shall be fixed
