DV Not want to withdraw legal support require

I had filed DV case and application u/s 340crpc against my husband. My husband had initially filed RCR but later he withdrew the same and then I filed it. He had not filed any Divorce. As I want to reside with him, my husband wants to settle the matter by taking me along with him so as to reside together. he wish that I should withdraw all my case and start a fresh life, However I am of the opinion that I do not want to withdraw the caseMy question is how to convince him that I do not want to withdraw, what is the legal support available here.

Dear Queriest as you said he wants to stay with and if on conditions he wants to stay with you then you be alert because if he really wants stay with you then he will not keep any conditions like to withdraw whatever cases are there, so think before you take any decision to withdraw your caes. for MORE INFORMATION kindly contact me
