Out of 6 hearing he had came only one hearing so why he is doing like that ...his lawyer only suggesting him to not to come to court

He can drag the case but not win. But you have not started anything in which case or where he filed. What purpose he filed. Please send the details of your case properly. Otherwise whatever I said is wrong.
