Wife maintenance amount cheque ke through lene se mana kar sakti hai kya. If wo court se bole ki mujhe online transfer kia jaye but husband cheque se dene ko kahe, then what will be the courts judgement/decision/order.

Yes, the court may very much direct you to pay it via online banking, via demand draft or by cash as the cheques are subject to dishonour and the court may order you not to pay it through cheque. For assistance you may call me.

It will depend upon the previous order which was written by the Magistrate. If it says that the payment is to be done through any mode then your wife cannot say to cheque. But if it's specifically written that you need to do the payment through netbanking or any other mode then you follow that. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
