My Sister's domestic violence issue happened at Pune city.Now she is living with her brother in Mumbai city.We are not permanent resident of Mumbai and living on rent. Can she still file Domestic Violence & maintenance case from Mumbai ? Or case would be dismissed by mumbai court ?
