Domestic violence case filed u/s 12 of DV Act in 2021 - after 15 years of marriage, and subsequently an IA added recently in 2024 u/s 20. Myself and mother are respondents. Checking what will be the span of the case...

hi you could file quash petition to quash the 498A case on the ground that it is based on all false allegations and that you were not connected to allegations mentioned in the FIR and for DVC case you could file petition to dispense with your appearance
