How much time it will usually take after i file a case to get decree in mutual divorce

Dear client when both husband and wife r ready then they can file mutual divorce. Court will draw the decree of divorce after six months from the filing date. To ask divorce on mutual ground one year separation is compulsory as per law. For any legal help call me

A divorce petition by mutual consent ordinarily requires a 6 month cooling period after the first hearing after which the decree is granted by the court. This period may be reduced based on special circumstances. You may contact me for further legal consultation and legal processes.
