Due to family pressure I accepted for marriage proposal

I'm male 25 years old I got married on Nov 3 .I already in love with someother girl but due to family pressure I said oky to marriage but I can't live happily in this life so I need to apply for a divorce I already spoken to that married girl she also said oky for divorce but our marriage is not yet registered what are the procedure please guide me . Marriage happened by hindu marriage act

File a petition for divorce on the ground of mutual consent. The procedure is simple, you can part your ways once the decree for divorce is granted. Meanwhile, you can exchange your articles and record it in the decree.
