dowry/Alimony and child maintenance/Gambling

My husband and her mother demanded car and gold in marriage or else they were too cancle it.later my husband sold everything due to his gambling addcition. he also abused me and took money from my father . Later he left me 3 months pregnant and abandoned me . Its now been 1 year. I have no idea where he is his family does not support me financially . his mother wants i take money from my father. They doesnt call my husband back. i want my money or punishment for them
