Hi there, at first the articles brought by you in your name, if the transactions were done by your own money can't be considered as dowry. First, keep all documents and proof safe such as bills of the diamond ring, insurance papers, and invoices of the TV, microwave, and other items purchased in your or your father’s name. Also keep documents showing that the Tata Nexon was gifted to you by your father. If your wife or her family makes allegations about money or dowry, these documents will help in your defence. If there is pressure or threat of a false case.

collect bills and account statements if you show that the money is cut from your salary the case will become stronger and arguments should be clear denying wife claim. take witnesses and photo of gifts given at time of the marriage . as for the car it will be easy if we as them to prove they gave its money
