Dowry Demand Abuse physciak mental done by husband and in laws.

I faced mental and physical harassment by my husband and in-Laws. They keep demanding dowry after marriage also. I filed cases against them in 2019. They come back to me and accept their mistakes. He again did the same things to me. He is absconding to the USA since last year Feb 2020 without letting me know. I came to know after 6 months. All that Compromise was done by him and his family so that he can abscond. Now I have already filed cases against him and his family in 2020.

hello mam you can file a application in your petition section 82 to CRPC and furthermore you can file a divorce petition and further more you can find a domestic violence case and further more you can file Indian penal code section 498 a and 406 and 420 e and you can file maintenance petition in nearest civil Court according to CRPC section 125 and you can file maintenance in Hindu marriage act section 24 25 and second one you can send a legal notice USA embassy and your husband company

You should demands the maintenance to your husband. Under Section 12 of Domestic violance and section 125 of Cr.P.C. you can get maintenance and other benefitsto your husband . Please file these petition against your husband.
