Dowry case and violence filed complaint at police station in neemuch

My wife complaints of dowry and violence at mahila thaka at neemuch(MP) She is influenced by inlaws as guessed Also I have a son aged 3 yrs taken away with her and not in contact since last 3 months.

Well, you can file a counter case against your wife if she has filed a fake case of Dowry and violence against you in Neemuch Police Station. To get your child aback, you can file a case of Child Custody.
