Dowry and voilence case did by india ex wife

I am canadian indo citizen. I married in 2019 india just a court marriage. Lived with my wife 10-15 days only. When i came back her immigration file got cancelled bdcause of serious medical issues and i filled for divorce as she could nvr com here. So i took divorce in canada. Finalized in 2021 april. She doesn’t recognize canadian divorce. We didnt talk since 2020, more then 2 years. She just did dowry case against my whole family n relatives. We never demanded dowry from her, as i am from rich family n she is lower middle class. I live in canada n my parents are here too. She dragged my whole relatives in india, no sure how she got their names and no. So can we get anticipation bale from canada without going to india. And what would be the result of this. It clearly looks after 1 year of divorce she applied for false case and dragging all falsly. What should be our steps?
