Dowry and annulment for a forced marriage

Religion - hindu My brother was in relationship with a girl from a decade or so and he was out of the station when his marriage was decided without his consent to other girl. Dowry was taken by his father and image was captured as a proof by girl's family. Brother tried his best to refuse but he was emotionally pressurized a lot and eventually he got married on 19 Nov 2023. My bro want to end marriage via annulment and can return dowry with video proof. Is he safe legally?

Yes they can but in presence of police officers and on compromise deed must be prepared between both the parties then return whatever they received for further help you may take a consultation then I'll explain about that matter.

हिंदू विवाह अधिनियम 13(बी) के तहत संबंधित कोर्ट में याचिका दयार कर सकते हैं विवाह समाप्त हो जाएगा ज्यादा जानकारी के लिए मुझे कॉल करना चाहिए या फिर मेरे कार्यालय पीआर एकर अपने समस्या का समाधान कर सकता है
