Dowry 498a and dv maintenance case.

I have filed 498a and dv. If i go for divorce...
I want that even after divorce also thia 498a and dv case should rum in court till they get legal punishment. And after divorce i can marry other person and still this cases should run in court. And if he not agree for divorce i can get contested divorce. I have proof of dowry demand. So can i gt divorce and remarry and still i want this 498a n dv should run in court till they all get legal punishment. And can i get alimony ?
If you really want to contest the said case then why party will settle this matter. It will be better that you should contest the above said proceedings unless you get maintenance and they will get punishment.
