Don't want to live with wife threatening to file case against me

Wife family threating 1. they are saying they will sit out side my house 2.presently i am staying in different city and after marriage we stayed only 10 days in my mother house 3.i dont want to like with her or file divorce because she has beaten me. How should i deal with it?
If you do not want to file divorce, file restitution of conjugal rights, praying the Court pass orders to wife to join the marital life. If your in-laws do any illegal activities in front of your house, lodge a police complaint.
