Don't want divorce but due to domestic violence want to apply for seperation and child Custody.. son is 13 and daughter 11 will I get custody and how much time will it take. Thankyou

There is a provision under Hindu Marriage Act for Judicial Separation. Also there is a provision for Child Custody. There are various aspects and Supreme Court Guidelines for Granting the Child Custody. There is no specific time period because there are court procedure and also the defence taken by the opposite contesting party.
