Domestic voilence and inlaws issue forcing me to leave

2023 the divorce case was filed by my husband, presently one guy is dealing with it, but I am not able to pay huge fee, looking for afforable lawyer to deal with the family and criminal case against the inlaws and husband, I have all the evidence still unnecessariy the case is post poning, I am having financial issues too. Free legal aid I am not able to go for because paid people are only not doing seriously, I am not sure how legal aid helps.

Hi Madam, If your income comes under law to provide free legal aid, you will get free legal aid from the District service legal Authority. even though you get free legal aid you have to pay some amount to take forward. For any legal assistance feel free to contact me for any legal assistance.

you have not stated whether you have or have not engaged any advocate as of now. if your cases are in Bangalore I can take up your one of the cases (as I too I am leaving/ practicing in Bangalore ) and not charge you exorbitantly, provided your case has merits & required evidences.
