Domestic violence relationship issue

This is second marriage me and my husband both after marriage there are lot of misunderstanding Now he want to move out from marriage relationship without divorce But he has hitted me many times , he has abused me many times how I can leave a person like this I am totally confused , what step I can take in this case kindly advice

hello your stating that lot of mis understanding that in second marriage move out of it if your not comfortable you can file case under domestic violation act which helps to you. moreover i suggest life comes one time so .
