Domestic violence plus defamation

I usually used to get mentally harassed by husband and in laws. On 5/12/2020. My husband got 11 members from their relatives. And everyone started beating me, my brother and mother. They torn my clothes and house arrested us. I need help how to deal this issue without affecting my daughter in financial and psychological way.
