Domestic Violence. Pls help, I can't live anymore with my father

Hello, I'm a 14 y/o child and my father keeps torturing my mother and me , he used to physically abuse my mother alot but it is stopped for 1 month, on 23/7 , for a small thing he mentally abused me a lot and even broke my new computer.... I'm done with my life... Me and my mother wants to live separately from my father but we are not financially strong... Neither we can file divorce because it will take a lot of money , he even tries to break the door if I close it, pls tell me what to do

Ma'am you don't need to worry so much... Your mother should immediately file a case under DV act for such inhuman torture... through that case your mother can claim accommodation right to stay and also ask for maintenance for both of you.
