Mere husband mujhe bahut marte hai aur sasural wale tang krte hai. Mai divorce chahti hu jaldi se jaldi. Aap plz mujhe btao Mai kaise divorce le skti hu. Mere husband bhi advocate hai. Maine Mar Peet ki shikayat police chowki me ki thi. Unhone abhi tk is bare me kuch nhi kiya. Ab Mai kya karu. Plz tell me

If the behaviour of your husband is intolerable towards you then you can always file for divorce against him. I would suggest you to go for the mutual divorce because it is less money consuming and ends up in maximum of six months. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

you can file police complaint and there after domestic violence case against the husband and his family members and also a divorce petition against your husband on ground of cruelty in the compitent court of jurisdiction.

Why does your husband beat you ? That is the main question! In order to take divorce u need to hire an advocate in this regard! You need to follow section 13 for divorce if u belong come under HMA .. thanks
