Domestic violence dowry , forcing for divorce,

Hello Sir/ Mam I am a Hindu and our marriage is registered. I have been tortured physically and mentally for dowry & salary .now My inlaws and husband are forcefully asking me for divorce, lawyer is also forcing me and my parents also they are not allowing me to stay at inlaws house . Inlaws & husband also given a false allegations on me in police station... Currently it's been 20 days I have come to my parents home .can I go there back ? What actions I need to take befor

Dear Madam, You can file Domestic Violence case against your husband and other family members. You can get entry into your matrimonial house with the Court order. You can restrain them from claiming your earnings. You can meet higher police officers and see that FIR is registered against all of them for such torture and dowry demand.
