Domestic violence by Wife and in laws.

Hello, I am and my family getting mentally harassed by my wife and in laws and their relatives. My wife physically attacked me in that i got injured. In past we file multiple complaints against my wife and in laws and her relatives. They are forcefully entering in my house and threaten to kill us and abused me and my entire family. I used to have my food in toilet sometimes. My wife abusing everyone in my family because her father has contact in local police station. My father in law is in Maharashtra police so he is misusing his power. Police is not helping us even after multiple complaint. My family forced to leave house and now i kicked off my house by police and father in law. Now in my home my wife and her parents with my 1.5 year old son is staying. House in my and my sister name. How we can vacant our home? am staying separately with my family and send legal notice to my wife for divorce on which she replied that she will file Domestic Violence case against me and my family.
