Domestic Violence By Father In Law

01-Jun-2024 (In Divorce Law)
Should I file a complaint at police station or should I file a case at family court if my father in law is making pressure with my husband for divorce? Me and my husband have no issues with each other but my father in law is creating pressure with my husband for divorce just because I have agreed with the conditions of my father in law regarding my own salary earning. How can I teach my father in law a lesson through legal ways that I have the rights over my own earnings.

Your query regarding the lesson to your father in law, requires a face to face discussion. Some parts are not clear in your query. If your father in law is leading the charge of divorce, initiated by him or his sin under pressure; how does it affect your right to earn? you can just continue your work, irrespective of any court proceedings. You should file a written complain at police station, as well as family court case. feel free to connect with your documents for appointment based meeting.
