He made me cry all the time , sometimes he said for divorce and sometimes he said not to file that. He is living in the manila, philippines and was there a month before and he is working there and also doing some illegal business which is not registered. Just because of that business he make me in trouble without my any mistake. Now, he said that he will file the divorce paper but I think there is no law to spoil the life of there's. I'm totally dependent on him and he blocked the communication . Can you please me in this case what should I do. I'm helpless.

Hi, some more details would be needed as to in what manner he treated you like a slave, what is the exact nature of ill-treatment, is he abusive or, when he is in India, has he been violent? What is the role of your family and his family in all this? Also, I would need to know as to whether he has any assets in India.

Hi!! this is very wrong what your husband is doing with you, has he ever tell the reason why he is doing this cruelty with you? anyway you have many ways to tackle this kind of person first of all file a complaint in CAW CELL , secondly you can file a domestic violence case against him as well. These kinds of persons must get lessons so that they can't do this with any innocent girl.

Hello, this is the case of domestic violence, you can take action against your husband, at present where are you residing? Please file 498a against your husband to the nearest police station. Also can ask for maintenance under section 125.

If, you got married in India and you both are resident of India, then you can approach Court for RCR (i.e. Restitution of Conjugal Rights), it is enacted for married couple and for this purpose an application under section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act, is moved before The Family Court. But, if you want other relief, such as for Physical or mental harassment, Maintenance or for separate accommodation, then you have to file separate application under separate section before the concerned court.
