Domestic Violance 25 Case Register at panipat case on 2020 December

I got the divorce from Delhi High court on the bases cruelty on 21 Sep 2023. 2020 my wife filled a DV 25 in panipat, my case is pending in arguments and from source I got to know that she married to another women news is confirmed but I don't have any proof how can I go further to stop interim mentainance, can I ask for affidavit from her.

You can successfully submit the certified copy of the divorce decree in the panipat court and orally argue that the matter is finished in 2023 and all the disputes between the husband and the wife are now finished. And the court will ask for your as well as her income affidavit and on that basis only maintenance will be decided.

If she has married, it will either be in a temple or though court marriage. if it's a traditional marriage, you may try to procure photos of the marriage. if it's through court, you may try to get the relevant certificate. if you still don't find it, you may file a fir before the local police station, because the police has the power to investigate.
