Domestic abuse related caused by in laws and husband

I live with my husband and kids seperately at in laws house. I have been continuously abused mentally by my mother in law her elder son.. and partly by my husband. They have a maid whom she wants to marry my husband.they are not saying this but they are planning this..I raised the issue but nothing happened instead they beat my father and me. Now I have no other place to go.i have to bare their abuse continuously becoz of which I am suffering from various health issues like migraine..high blood

You can take legal action under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 if you are facing any form of domestic abuse whether physical, emotional, verbal, or economic. First, you may file a petition under the DV Act before the Magistrate through a Protection Officer or directly with the help of a lawyer.
