Does ill & working wife has a right to take Maintance from her husband

Does ill & working wife has a right to take Maintance from her husband ? Glaucoma and Hydrocephalus is the disease. Whereas i have filled a divorce case as well. Instead of showing his salary proof and his lawyer showed my ITR to the court and he got that ITR illegally.

If the wife is working she may not get maintenance and if she is unable to maintain her marital duties towards you in that case u can refuse to maintain her moreover u got to know the disease just after marriage u can go for void marriage for annulment of marriage
she also need to file her income affidavit you have to ask for salary slip with the direction of the court's order . also tell the qualifications and salary. For further information please free to contact.

Maintenance will depend upon the salary and standard of living of the wife. If the wife is earning sufficiently to maintain herself then she cannot claim maintenance. But if the situation is different then she can claim maintenance under section 125 CrPC. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
