Hi,

The child have right in the fathers property.
If you wish you can make a will of your and disown your children's from the share in your property.
For their living they cannot claim as you have already given them.

Thanks

Once divorce by mutual consent is determined it is the duty of the Hon. Court to sort put all points that may arise. Generally all points r mentioned in the divorce petition. If not, then the point becomes disputable. No advocate would leave the point of custody of child loose like this.

It seldom matters whether you or your spouse own the property. If you are married – irrespective of the fact that a divorce petition has been filed – you have the right to occupy the property. If you are also looking after children, the case is much stronger. While the property may be granted to one or the other spouse in the divorce settlement, until this is done, both spouses have the right to remain on the property.
