Divorce within 1 month with both party agreed

We marry on 30th April 2022 and due to some reason I want to divorce, with agree both parties

Hindu Marriage Act, the parties to a marriage might file a petition for dissolution of marriage, by decree of divorce by mutual consent, on the ground that that they have been living separately for a period of one year or more, and that they have not been able to live together

The husband and wife must have been living separately for at least 1 year. There must be no coercion, fraud or undue influence between the spouses and there must be free consent to get the mutual consent divorce. There is no possibility of adjustment or reconciliation between the husband and wife.
