I want divorce with child Custody but husband wants child Custody

Hello, If your child is a toddler or an infant then you will easily get custody of your child and in case your child is an adolescent then in that case the court will hear your child's preference regarding in whose custody he wants to stay. Even though you will get custody still your husband will get visitation right of your child.
