From what you have shared, please understand that even if your husband files RCR, he must prove that you left without valid reason. Mental harassment, neglect, and no financial support can be strong grounds in your favour. You also have rights to claim maintenance and recovery of your jewellery or money given from your side. Before we proceed further, I will need your complete history in detail including timeline, financial details, communication, and any proof available. Once I review everything properly, we can connect and decide the best legal strategy for you. Please share the full details so we can move ahead carefully and confidently.
