Can my husband able to file defamation case after one year of incident?
My husband have proof where I clearly said due to astrology not interested to stay with him, So court can grant divorce?
Mostly how much time court take to resolve section 13 case, Because my husband have multiple documental proof & I don't want to give him divorce?
If you don't wish to give him divorce then no one can force you to do the same. As far as the evidence that he's having for that you need to get the reply in advance. And the time frame for divorce is never fixed and can take years to come to the conclusion.

Ma'am, the law is very clear as to which grounds will be considered the courts while granting divorce. Either he is able to prove your adultery, cruelty by you (physical, verbal, financial), bigamy, your renounciation, etc. But the interpretation of law plays a vital role while the divorce is decided. Him threatening you with the alleged proofs in his possession may not be cogent enough to prove his case. You may consult me in that regard.
