Divorce pending in Indian court asking to get stamp from China govt
25-Apr-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My divorce case was going under section 13B, however now I am in China so cannot be present for the last hearing. Before that, 2 hearings were already done only 1 was remaining. I gave power of attorney to my brother but now the judge is asking for affidavit and stamp of China government which is not possible. What shall I do now please help.
Judge can not ask affidavit and stamp of China government,
Tell your lawyer that argued on point of power of attorney.
First of all your brother will ask time for affidavit from the court and then he purchase a stamp paper from the stamp vendor then send to your china address along with drafting. then you sign it over and affirm before ambessy and send return back to your brother.
