Divorce or decree of nullity of marriage.

I am a married Hindu male for last 9 years , hv a 4 yr old daughter. My wife was married before to somebody but she never went to her first husband. I am her second husband but she is my first wife. Her first husband has already married somebody else at the time of our marriage. She was married to her first husband at 15 years of age. She is now 28 years old. She is very cruel to me. She does not let's my 70 year old father love with us . She has my ATM with herself ,never let's me spend or give money to anybody else. Her tastes are quite different. She said she wanted to study so I married.
