Sir I am from Bangalore Srinivasa and my wife is from Jamnagar Gujarat now she don't want stay with she gone to court put the case on me on the domestic violence and dowry but at present her advocate is convencing me for mutual consent divorce on the grounds as we are brahmin firstly we have to get affdavite and notarised after we have go to court and apply on the basis of affidavit is it correct they are asking the money one time settlement at the time of affidavit is it correct.

There is no requirement of any divorce deed. However you have to apply for a join mutual divorce petition.
I assume your wife's advocate is preparing the petition so go through it twice before you get it notarized. It is correct.
