How long will take for divorce? How will the wife foreign national continue to live in India after divorce? Will OCI (overseas citizen of India) GET WITHDRAWAL AFTER DIVORCE? What benefits get for women after divorce.? Marriage is 4years no kids n no marital settlement. Living separately from the day of marriage. Man living with sister in his government accommodation. n refuse to settle with wife. Never do marital duty. Last 4years. Wife is educated n unemployed.
