Divorce notice sent by court - how to track

20-Mar-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I filed divorce case on cruelty basis. On first date judge issued notice to second party to appear. How do I come to know that notice has been received to the second party? Is there any way I can track notice sent by court is received or not or do I have to wait till the next date

If you filed a divorce case it seems you already have an advocate with you for guidance. Such notice cannot be tracked by private party. You need to wait for next date of hearing. In case you do not have an advocate you may meet us in person for any legal assistance. Brij Mohan (Adv.)

Hi, As per the limited information shared by you we cannot track that the notice has been sent by the Court staff or not as I don’t have the case number. If you tell the staff your case number they will help you in this scenario. Secondly I can also help you in the same. Please contact for further queries.
