hi alocious here, I can well understand your concern from your query raised, you can file an application for divorce, it is not mandatory that an husband should contest the case, if he's not appearing, an exparte decree for divorce will be awarded anyway, thank you

Hi mam don't worry first you file the divorce petition. the case is numbered court notice send to your husband address. notice received your husband he comes to court and he also willing both are file mutual divorce or he not comes to court you get experty divorce order
