Divorce matrimonial issue section 498

07-Dec-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I stay with husband only 4 month & then I left matrimonial home, after one year husband filed section 13 case for divorce. So I filed complaint in mahila aayog ,but in mahila aayog case closed. Now I filed 498 case, so my husband given affidavit with letter claiming that salary slip which I submitted is fake salary slip. What should I do now ? Because salary slip I attached is fake salary slip. Also what if it is proved 498 is false 498 then? Is there any possibility to get me penalty?

You need to bring all your documents and facts about the legal query for verification. Giving fake evidence for wrongful gains is a punishable criminal offence. You need to come clean before the Court when you'll be asked to clarify the stand. This is a serious issue. Get legal help as early as possible. Malicious litigation with fake or fabricated accusations and allegations also qualify for punishable offence under various laws, resulting in fine/penalty and imprisonment both. Get legal help as early as possible. You may be facing police inquiry in no time! Feel free to connect with relevant documents and facts.
