Hi Puneet Sir and everyone, Could you please share it in bit layman language on what execution petition means and adv in my case ? Also, in India , will it all start from the district court or decision of Supreme court of Canada(given in my favor) can only be contested in S. C of India ?
Hello, The execution petition can be submitted once you receive the order from the lower court. It will be filed in the same court after the order is issued in your favor. An execution petition is a legal document filed with the court to enforce a court order or decree. It represents the final step in the litigation process, ensuring that the court's decision is put into effect.
