Divorce issue after marriage of 3 months,now wife is not ready for it

Hello,we have marriage of 3 months and we have not mutually understand each other,wants divorce but my wife is not ready for mutual divorce.She can do case for divorce, cruelty if I file a case against her.What should I do ?

firstly you can protect yourself nearest police station you can launch a FIR she's always said that she will file cruelty case but i am not doing any cruelty aginst her you also file divorce case but after 1 year of marriage

If your wife is not ready for mutual divorce then you have to contest the case and this is the only option left ..but I recommend you to do your proper home work n get prepared for the waves ..thanks n b in touch

It’s better for both of you to go for mutual divorce because it is less money consuming and gets over within maximum six months. But if the situation is not good then you can always file for divorce under cruelty basis. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
