Divorce in case of husband missing what is the procedure

In case of missing husband what is the procedure of getting divorce for a woman who is disable having no child no property no any kind of support of in-laws. They hate her. She is alone. What should she do?

If the husband has not not been heard of as being alive by those who would naturally have heard of it had he been alive than the wife may take divorce by filling the petition of divorce under s. 13 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.

in this case first u lodge complaint before police .that u husband is missing .than u file case before family court for divorce . either u file civil suit. in this case u not telling that how much time u husband is missing first clear that than i suggest u what u have to de
