Divorce if ongoing 498a case in court

Hi ,
Can I divorce my wife if she has filed 498a case? The case is going on since 2.5 years and there is no closure seen ahead nor she wants to come back.Please advice.
Well, if your Wife does not want to come back, then, her signal is quite clear, that, she wants to end the relationship between the two of you. So, do not not waste precious years of her life and your's too and get ready to give Divorce to her.

Yes, even though wife has filed 498A case against you, you can file for divorce in the family court against your wife. Any pending case filed by wife does not bar your right to file for a petition of divorce.
