Divorce for abusive words which cannot take anymore

Mine is love marriage of 11 yr & i have a son,I am a working. i thought he is good person, but he is not.He worked for 3 yr & then stopped working..he is playing cards, casino, drinking, also even doubting on me and abuse verbally like say i sleep with some other,etc,. My inlaws are NOT supporting him, they know how bad he is.n.He has not spent any money us or even my child, .I take care of my son by myself by paying school fee to all.nCan i get divorce and take child with me?
Divorce can be filed apart from other litigations. Dovorce can be filed on the ground of cruelty. Complaint under DV Act is also made out in this case. there is no limitation no limitation of number of years of marriage on filing 498A.
