Divorce for 2nd marriage and legal rights

25-Nov-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My first wife died in a car accident and I remarried for my kids. But my second wife is not taking care of my kids and is here only for money. Can I transfer everything in my son’s name and claim her that I don’t have anything?

If you wish to transfer your property to your children for their benefit you can do it, your wife can raise no objection, or can't challenge the transfer. Nominate any trusted person as a guardian in the deed.

Hello sir, Yes you can transfer all your properties to your children in the form of Will. If you execute the will in favour of your children your wife cannot claim property or anything which belongs to you.
