Divorce filed by wife on grounds of non congugal and sexual life.
10-Aug-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I had done marriage under special marriage act on 2010. but as we are studing at that time we had not lived together,and after that for job we lived far away wothbthe concent of our parents.but now she filed divorce on ground that we donot have congugal and sexual life. I filed RCR. Kindly let me know can she get divorce in these grounds. But i dont want to n wanna contest the case.
The process of marriage is completed only after sexual relation other wise it is deem to be a void marriage. But divorce may not be granted only on this ground if you are capable to sex with a woman. But if you don't contest the case the she will get a ex parte divorce

Actually its not clear what you want as you say you don't want contest. But as per circumstances you can file an application to trial both of your application together at court, if you sufficient ground for staying away your petition will be allowed . And try for a fruitful conciliation at court.
