26-May-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Notice sent to her temporary residence by court she appeared in court and attend the meeting of compromise but not succeed and next two dated she absent court decide exporter decree .By registered post I acknowledged her. But she doesn't care about court and me. But after 10 month of decree she refused to appear in court and she doesn't know anything about the proceeding.reply
As the court has already provided an ex-parte decree in your favour. Thus, you are not required to worry about the same. And why is she required to be present in the court after 10 months of granting divorce, please specify the same.
Since you got decree 10 months back now you can marry. .
As you said that you intimated her by registered post about the ex parte decree, means she had notice of the decree. She had also appeared in conciliation proceedings (meeting of compromise). So the ex parte decree is binding on her. If she files application for setting aside the ex parte decree, you may oppose the application on above said grounds.
